1. Anonymous report: You can report anonymously if you do not want your personal details to be known to the outside world. Click on the side panel in the homepage of the app to reveal the dropdown menu. Click on anonymous report and start filling out the details of the incident in brief. Our team members will contact you within 2 days to resolve the issue.
2. Mail: You can tell us your grievance through mail also. Mail your problem or suggestions to our official mail id provided below. Our team members will mail you back and proceed further on the case as required.
3. Call: Us on our toll-free number you may also call us on our toll-free number. The call will be answered by an automated voice which will direct you on how to register your grievance. You can register your complaint by following the voiced instructions. It will also redirect your call to our team as per your requirement.
4. Call back: option you might not be able to call us directly in cases such as if you are being held hostage if your phone does not have a balance. In case you cannot call us first and talk, we have also made a call-back option available. Just click on the call back option on the app and our team member will call you as soon as possible.
